About the Program

The BSC Fellowship 2026 is an exclusive leadership development program designed to identify, develop, and connect Indonesia's most promising young supply chain professionals.

Over three months, selected Fellows will gain world-class mentorship, peer learning, and strategic exposure to become future leaders of Indonesia's supply chain industry.

Foster a lasting professional network across planning, logistics, procurement, and manufacturing.

Equip fellows with tools to solve real supply chain challenges in their organizations and industries.

Program Structure - 3 Months

Graduation - JAKARTA

Foundation: Kick-off session with BSC experts, cohort introductions, and a deep-dive into supply chain fundamentals and emerging industry trends.

Fellows receive their mentor pairings.

Bi-weekly online mentoring sessions, expert-led masterclasses, and a collaborative capstone project addressing a real supply chain challenge.

Peer learning and cross-functional workshops.

Fellows present their capstone projects to BSC's panel of experts and industry leaders.

The program concludes with a graduation ceremony in Jakarta, celebrating the new cohort of BSC Fellows.

Who Should Apply

Eligible

Indonesian citizen or currently working in Indonesia

Work experience

Maximum 7 years of professional experience in supply chain roles — planning, logistics, procurement, or manufacturing

Leadership

Demonstrated leadership potential and a track record of impact in their current role

Commitment

Strong commitment to personal development and contributing back to the supply chain community

Full program

Ability to commit to the full 3-month program, including the in-person graduation in Jakarta
